    Why oh why oh why do the trailers give away core elements of the plot? Showing the children saying "We are coming" in the trailers completely ruined any possible suspense of the children stopping and why it was happening and if it was going to happen again

    I have never seen Torchwood before (also don't watch Dr Who) and I watched this last night and really liked it!

    The only part I didn't really get was about Captain Jack. Does he not age? I'm guessing he's immortal. I guess you have to have watched Torchwood previously to get to know the characters but I still really enjoyed it without having seen it before.

    I did, I was on the edge of my seat. I love Dr Who and I love Torchwood. I hope Captain Jack is ok....... ?

    I'd never noticed that about JB either but I suspect I'll be looking out for it tonight. Of course he'll be back, he's Cap'n Jack.

    Have not seen it yet but got it on sky + is it only one for five days this week then and that's it? I thought it might be a series on once a week etc, oh is on lates this week so we are going to end up watching all five of them at the weekend I think!
