Tree sap on car..

Just got my car washed and the roof is covered in little brown spots, I am assuming it is from where I park at work under some trees, but a quite powerful car wash has refused to shift it. Anyone used any fantastic products to get this off? Sadly I do realise that this means I am going to have to stop being lazy and clean it myself! ?

    It's a right PITA when that happens.

    Very hot water and car shampoo should shift it.

    Thanks - can you tell I was hoping for someone to come back with a magic spray that would just make it dissapear!?

    Hmm visiting my Dad tomorrow, wonder if he knows any tricks!!?
