But not done.

I've just potted it and letting it have a good drink and letting its branches rest before I start to decorate it. Pics to follow. Smells gorgeous in my hallway now!

    Bought mine yesterday, but its still in the garage waiting for OH to saw the bottom off. I was surprised how much they were in the garden centre. I could have easily paid over £50 for a 5-6ft one. They were really nice looking and a good shape but that's a lot of money!

    I was wayyyy too impatient to let mine settle.. We had potted it and decorated it within an hour and a half ?

    Ive been naughty and havent sawn off the bottom......... the thought of trudging out to find the saw etc etc blah.

    we paid £35 for ours, eeeeek. But its soft needles and wont bring me out in needle rash!

    Where are the photos?

    We did ours Sat and so far no cat related disatesr so fingers crossed it will stay that way. I am looking forward to going home tonight and getting that first waft of christmas tree smell

    Ours was £31 and the one with soft needles too - H2B comes out in hives if they prickle him.

    Iv stuck to a fibre optic tree again this year. iv tried many times over the years to have a real tree. before the week is out the kids have half the branches stripped of needles and iv hoovered 10 times a day!!

    Ive come to the conclusion that evryones trees look much better in RL than they do in fotos lolol..
