Trying on dresses

leejdj, 7 June, 2012 at 20:12 Posted on Planning 0 3

This may seem like a ridiculous question but... when trying on wedding dresses, do the shops generally let you borrow shoes to try with the dresses? I don't have anything suitable to take with me... not a massively girly girl... HELP! x

Yes I found the same as BowlingBride, they should have shoes of various sizes and heel heights for you to try on with the dresses. Good luck! Xx

I've found it varies from shop to shop. Some will let you borrow shoes, others will have a wooden box you can stand on when in the dress, which gives the same impression of height.
