I'm losing weight for the bigger day, in a month I've Lost a inch all over. no fad diet just drinking lots of water, green tea. less sugar is a must! binned all the 'white stuff' like bread, rice & pasta and picked up the multigrain, seeded or organic versions. and lots and lots of veg.

Its been more of a life style change than diet and i'm so much happy about it. you just feel better. I used to get some nasty sugar rushes (and crashes! urk) and i dont crave ... much >.> as much i should say. I still have the odd choccy bar and biscuit but not the large amount i used to!

I've been doing Juice plus complete and lost a good 13lbs in 2 months. It's been the simplest diet I've ever done just a shake for breakfast and lunch and a healthy dinner.

Is that a healthy way though?? Can you sustain this way of eating for the long term and if not, what happens when you return to eating "normally"?

Yeah its true. 'meal replacement' diets only work temporarily but good eating habits last a lifetime and only improve your health and well being. I mean I cooked a tomatoes & chorizo pasta with spinach and kidney beans for lunch yesterday, chilled it and had it today, tasted amazing Smiley winking

If you want interesting new and healthy ideas for meals check out Yummly. found it recently and i'm hooked! helps me use up whats left in my fridge.

I have been doing the diet for a few months now and have seen really good results. I agree that 'fad' diets don't last but this is a clean eating lifestyle change rather than a slimmer world or herballife. I have changed the way I eat completely. For the first 8 weeks you do 2 shakes and snacks with a healthy dinner then for the next 8 weeks you do 2 meals snacks and one shake, you then build up your eating from there. its not been difficult at all and everyone that has done it before me haven't gone and put the weight back on because they aren't eating rubbish processed foods.
