Hello im fatbride and im currently scouring tinternet for reasonably priced flower girls shoes in the correct sizes and its proving fruitless!

I have also been waiting a week for the final invoice from our venue and they dont seem to be in a hurry to want paid.

I'm spending half an hour writing engagement party invitations before going to Slimming World for my weekly ritual torture, then packing some more boxes to move house, then writing more invitations!

I'm currently involved in bridesmaid shoe hell. Just can't find what I'm looking for. Plus I'm having 5 bridesmaids so need to be a bit tight and get them for less than £20 each.

Today I have made the bows to go on the pew ends and am currently tying bows around the 40 small galvanised buckets for our centrepieces (which will contain herbs)

There is a danger that if anyone stands still for any length of time in our lounge at the moment they may get a ribbon tied round them!!

Hi I will be MrsH by this time next year. I'm lounging about after coming off night shifts. However, OH has instructions to confirm our new wedding date with the travel agents, wedding planner and reception people tonight. He is currently in his house selling off some stuff (we're moving to our new house in a couple of weeks, he mostly lives with me, but is having to do trips back home to clear out his place before his buyer moves in, and I haven't seen him since last Thurs!)

Tomorrow we'll be paying deposits to the wedding planners and photographer

I'm Helen, and tonight I am mostly working out a diplomatic way to reply to MIL2B's insane e-mail she sent earlier today, which was with the best of intentions I'm sure, but essentially demonstrates that she thinks both OH and I have no organisational skills whatsoever and that it's all going to be a disaster. Oh, and that despite all her "good" ideas in this e-mail, the one thing they won't do is bring their massive car down and help us move stuff to Oxford for the day (we have an MX5 so will have to make at least 2 trips if not more!)
