Sorry this is WPing but I need some Otter input!

I was in church yesterday and was on the verge of tears the whole time. That's me just going to my church, on a normal sunday. I'm worried I'm going to be a total wreck and not be able to make it down the aisle at the wedding. I'm a very ugly crier - never just a single tear, it's all or nothing full on howling, shaking and struggling to breathe. I started to feel it coming on yesterday.

Help - what can I do to compose myself? Does anyone have similar issues to me and were they fine on the day?! My friend sobbed coming down the aisle and to be honest it didn't look good.

My brother, who is giving me away, is pretty much as bad as me. It doesn't bode well..

My friend's dad said it's best to cry lots in the run up and 'get it all out' so there's nothing left ?

I'm really worried about this. I cry at EVERYTHING. Ihave cried at eveyr single wedding I have attended. I cry at those RSPCA adverts, not just a little tear about the poor dogs and cats but a proper sobby, snotty mess, "Andy we need to go and rescue all the dogs" wailing crying.

I cried the other day at my hen weekend because it was all so beautiful.

I cried because they got me a pin up Paul Hollywood.

I cried when I saw a dog on the side of the road with no owner. Later saw the owner walking up the road with said dog and cried again because theyd been re-united.

Cried when I accidentally played my song to walk down the aisle to, in the car.

Im not so much as ugly crier, but its more of an ugly face-melting look. It all screws up and I get those disgusting stringy bits by the side of my mouth ?

    Yikes.

    xx

I sob after I've shouted at my dog, I feel guilty too!

I think I'm more bothered about my pride, I hate crying in front of anyone apart from my OH he knows what a wet lettuce I can be haha!

I am the biggeset, wussiest, ugly crier ever...turns out not a tear on the wedding day (ok maybe a few when I was drunk and had a dance with my dad - HAPPY TEARS!). Anyhoo, I was so worried about hyperventilating in tears and our venue Co Ordinator basically said in a couple there is always one that cries all the time, and one who doesn't - on the wedding day you'll switch!! So true!
