Underwear help please

Hi

I' m trying to work out what underwear I can wear under my dress as my first fitting should be next month. I have read about people getting either cups or a bra sewn into their dress but am not sure if it would be possible for my dress because it is zipped back. It has quite a low back though and the straps sit off the shoulders so a bra could be difficult to find.

I am a 34d if that helps and would appreciate any advice anyone has

Thanks, I'd thought about a stick on bra but heard you can only wear them for a short time so not all day.

Anyone any experience in getting cups sewn in to zip back dresses?
