Valentines

He11y, 9 February, 2009 at 23:19 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 1

H and I have been together 7 years and made the decision not to spend loads at Valentines as prices go sky high. (I'd rather have flowers bought impromtu & wouldn't thank any chocolates etc)

We always 'make' or create our own cards or gifts. Usually as little cost as poss as that is the idea. He's made some great creations with paper pictures but I generally end up cooking a cake or a meal with all heart shaped things on.

Has ANYONE an idea for me as I am running out of time , really busy at work and cannot think ........................... any comments

much apprecitated

One thing I did was a 'reasons why I love you' box - full of silly little things

Miniature bottle of vodka: because you give me a warm glow inside
Gyroscope: because you keep me balanced
Joke book: because you make me laugh
    Love hearts: because you're sweet

etc. etc. (Although I can't exactly remember everything: the above are examples.)
