Veil with a shorter dress?

My dress isn't disimilar to a VoH and I'm having a face veil. It's only covers my chin, but it's not birdcage, it's a proper veil. I can't really describe it but it's sort of short and big and will sort of act as my hair on the day because I don't have much real hair. I dont plan to have it covering my fae though, it will just be at the back of my head- like a bob.

I'm wearing a ballerina length dress with a shoulder length veil. Don't have the veil yet - but something like this in the same colour as the tulle on the skirt of the dress. x
