Just a quickie,, being victimised / bullied at work and have had to get the union involved. Sadly i seem to be losing work colleauges i thought were mate along the way. Am currently off with stress but don't wan't to allienate all my work mates as this one particular person has poisoned many people. Do i stay calm or get more wound up?

Hi Helly.

Glad you've got the union involved. What position is the person in that is bullying you? Why do you feel your colleagues are going away from you, any specific?

I've been in a similar situation but mine was backing up a colleague going through similar (I had experienced the bullying prior but wasn't brave enough to do anything about it - which I regret as the bully turned his attention to my colleague).

Please don't get more wound up, you need to put your own health first ?
