Vistaprint messed up! But in a good way!

I ordered a few bits and bobs last month - A notebook with our photo on the front for my "wedding bible", a lawn sign with a photo of one of my chickens and "Fresh eggs for sale" to sell my chooky eggs and a sheet of envelope seals with our names and wedding date on. They were to arrive on or before 10/09/10 so I emailed on the 13th to say I hadn't received the order, they emailed next day to say they couldn't trace it so would re-do the order for free. Brill

Next day, the 15th my order arrived... Thought it was very quick! Today another order arrived, with lots of goodies.. plus the original order too (Obviously the second time they printed them!) so now I have double of the stuff I had ordered.. Yay me! Good old Vistaprint!

HaHa what an awful shame..... The same kind of thing happened to me when I got Xmas pressies from Lush last year.

It's happened again.. Stuff was meant to turn up 2 weeks ago, I sent an email, they asked for an alternative address so I've given my Sisters and they've sent another lot of stuff by priority. The next day, my original order turned up - Doh! But yay.. free stuff!

Its happened to me twice now but i am still waiting for my duplicate order.......

I have had loads of stuff off them though, i just order 4 free things and pay the postage...lol

I've had a similar thing with vistaprint, ordered our STD cards and they came with 2-3mm of another design on top so hadn't been trimmed properly, emailed them to send replacements so now have double and will just trim the original ones myself at work! hor-rah!
