I used http://www.guestbookboutique.co.uk/ for my guest book and they were great, even when we had to postpone things she was happy to change the date on the front for no extra cost. I'm not sure if she does seating plans but she does loads of other bits so might be worth asking.

I'd can't recommend Natalie at Inspire Me Designs enough, she did my table plan for me and was so helpful and nice. She also does place cards.
