Water allowance......Does this count?

CelticAngel, 13 August, 2009 at 13:08 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 4

I was just wondering if anyone could enlighten me.

I know that it's reccomended to drink 1.5 - 2 litres water a day,

but if i have a jug of water made up with just a few drops of sugar free squash,

does it still count towards my water intake??

I sometimes find it hard to drink water and prefer a weak squash.?

Yes it does - but so does the water that comes in fruit and veg too!

Yes, although the 1.5-2l a day theory has been debunked. Yes, you need water, but it can come in any source - including tea, coffee and food.
