Hello fellow brides (and grooms) to be,

I have just written and posted out our invites and i am so excited, how are your weddinh plans coming along? Is anyone else getting married at Waterton Park?

My OH's sister married there December 2009. Was an amazing wedding, it had snowed heavily and the lake was totally frozen over. She had the ceremony in the newer part then reception meal in the older part - great wedding, lovely venue! Whilst we were all partying at the evening reception it snowed so heavily we all got stranded and lots of guests who weren't planning to had to stay over - was brill!!! (Pic is from the morning after, my OH was behind me trying, and failing, to get the car down that long path that approaches the venue!)

I'm going to a wedding there next summer, its a gorgeous venue!! were getting married at rogerthorpe manor march 2013 cant wait!!

I've been to a wedding there as a guest and the food was amazing. The photo opportunities are brilliant - gorgeous setting.
