Hi to all those who read my original post (Wedding In A Hurry) and all new readers
Just posting to update and thank everyone. My Husband and I got married yesterday!!!!!! We made it!!! He was dressed in a kilt and so were his brother and best man, my brother, two brother in laws and my nephew. They all looked amazing and my three daughters looked incredible in their purple Jane Norman dresses.
The Cambridge Registry Office were so helpful and kind and performed the ceremony in front of a very crowded room of our family and friends. My gorgeous H had to sit through the ceremony and needed his oxygen before and after it but it was lovely and we had serious moments, tears and laughter.
Unfortunately the guests and I went to the reception without my H but he went back to our house with his best man and wife and had a few drinks and laughs with them till I went home about 8.30pm.
It was a magical day and I am so happy. We both woke up with those silly grins on our faces and its great.
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who posted on here with help and advice and kind wishes we appreciated every single one and were both in tears at times as we read the wonderful comments etc.
