Weathers not looking good..

teeheeyoucrazyguys!, 4 July, 2009 at 23:29 Posted on Planning 0 9

For the 18th and thats using THREE websites......

I dont know what to do if it rains. Theres no area in the church for me to stand in if its wet, the door opens and ur right in to the church. Our surprise for the guests wont be able to go ahead. The photos wont be able to be outside the church with the congregation waiting almost 40 mins inside for the coach to arrive.....

we wont be able to have our pics taken outside the reception venue as hoped and my dress will get absolutely screwed....

it really cannot rain.....

wondering if I should buy a brolly....

Try not to think about it as you just don't know what the day will turn out like. We had rain forecast and then a heat wave all within 5 days and then we got freezing cold winds, sunshine and a bit of rain.

Buy a brolly to be on the safe side. Remember the one I got from Pure Treats? Would that not go well with your theme and it's waterproof.

We had rain predicted right up until the day. Day passed with barely a cloud in the sky (and don't forget that I got married on a bank holiday weekend...).

Weather predictions for a fortnight away are going to be more than a guessing game if anything. Have a WW contigency in place (to settle your nerves) but I wouldn't bother looking at the weather again until two days before at the earliest.

Warm sunshiny thoughts coming your way for the 18th.?

my computer says it will not rain! (I use www.accuweather.com).

I'd get a brolly just in case though...

    Hi

Try not to worry about the prospect of rain, the sites probably won't be that accurate at the moment as its still 2 weeks to go.

I have a lovely cream, edwardian parasol (unused from wedding) I am selling if you are interested?

It might rain - it might not. The thing is that weather forecasts are never 100% accurate, so all you can do is keep your fingers crossed.....

    .... and get a brolly!

    ....and wedding wellies?

I'm sure it will be fine!

Ahh! I'm getting married on the 19th, so it had better bloody well not rain. I have a cream parasol and lilac hunter wellies that I will be wearing for the photos in the countryside. We're also having a hog roast which doesn't really work unless you're outside!

I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed that the weather is glorious for both of us!
