Websites for reasonable (cheap) wedding shoes!

Hugo Brambles, 23 November, 2009 at 09:17 Posted on Planning 0 13

I need to get my shoes pronto before the dress fitting. The local bridal shops didn't have anything that ticked the boxes and neither did our local shopping centre. Any recs for places on line? Seen some gorgeous 'Paradox'? ones but I don't want to spend that much money!! Less than £40 if poss is ideal.

I got some lovely ones from freecycle the weekend (paradox pink ones) they need a bit of a clean so need to work out how to do that.
BHS have their new bridal collection starting Dec '09 you can sign up on their website to receive a prelook at the collection (I think) their shoes are normally under £40.
You could also try OXFAM bridal dotted around the county - they sell shoes new and second hand.
I sympathise with you as I thought I'd get some last year and the time flew and the shops just stopped stocking them!

Thanks Karen! Never thought of freecycle actually. I need to get them in the next week or so really, I'm getting married in 6 weeks, only got my dress at the weekend lol!!

Will have a look on BHS site to see if they have any, the shops don't stock bridal until Jan apparently.

Or these from Next range from £25 to £46

Http://www.bridalstyle.co.uk/products.asp?main=1 - have shoes in both white an ivory

I ordered mine from here yesterday, just got an email saying they've been dispatched. Came in at just shy of £40 inc postage so might be worth a look for you and they accept payment by paypal. If you're wanting Ivory then the high street is probably a great place to look, as someone has already said, Next have lots of them in catalogue. If you're wanting white however, that appears to be abit more tricky.
