Wedding breakfast menu

FUTURE MRS ANDREWS, 26 March, 2009 at 11:34 Posted on Planning 0 2

Hi,

This may sound really trivial, but I would desparately like some help in orger to decide what starter to have at our wedding breakfast. We have decided on lamb for the main, but the starter is causing a bit of a problem. We can only choose one option for everybody, so I need something that is agreeable to most, and then something for the vegetarians.

Sea food of any kind is off already because a number of people we know don't eat fish (?!) and soup is out because we are getting married in late May, we are hoping for warm weather!! Fingers crossed!!!

Any ideas welcome!!!

Thank you x

We are having tomato/mozerella, basil and proscuitio. Tarts are a good option too - goats cheese maybe? Tomato? mushroom? All make nice tarts!

    honeydew melon and proscuitto

    rillette of smoked mackerel

    tom and mozzarella salad

    gravadlax of wild salmon

    duck liver terrine

smoked goats cheese and tom tartlette

    terrine of seafood

    smoked haddock fish cake

    pheasant foie gras terrine

cured parma ham sald with poached figs

    devonshire blue brulee

they get more expensive as the list goes on...
