Wedding Cake Flash Poll

Hello! We're having three tiers - one rich fruit cake, another carrot cake and the third chocolate fudge brownie!

Bottom 2 tiers lemon with lemon butter cream, top one chocolate orange with chocolate buttercream :-)

Chocolate Mud

Chocolate Orange

Vanilla, Strawberry and cream

Fruit Cake

Raspberry and Almond.

3 tiers. Bottom will be red velvet, middle lemon drizzle and top will be either lime-coconut, carrot cake, or coffee cake.

I don't like wedding cake so we're having a tiny one on top of a cupcake tower. I couldn't care less and the FMIL was desperate to do a cake!

If I go for a three tier, I will have Chocolate Orange, Vanilla, and Carrot Cake, but definitely want Chocolate Orange!!

Alternate lemon and vanilla madieras I think, but sis is making it as our wedding present so I'm pretty much leaving it up to her xx

I love the vintage ones that around right now ;-) flavour wise id love fruit other half wants choc and lemon ...so looks like where having a three tier so were all happy ;-)

Chocolate... though like the chocolate fudge brownie suggestion further up lol

Plain sponge with butter cream in it.. for those not a big lover of cake lol

We're going for a fruit tart instead or mille feuille instead. Probably fruit tart as OH is lactose intolerant

We're still deciding but this week (!) we're planning on having a cake of cheese and a traditional fruit cake so we can serve them together with fruit and crackers/bread as the evening buffet.

Tbh I just had to look back at my docs as couldnt remember if I had ordered 3 or 4 tiers, let alone flavours! I have red velvet, choc orange, buttercream and jam, and fruit. Yummy!

3 tiers of sponge on main cake, lemon, choc and plain (but it'll all be maderia as that's more dense and hold it's weight better)... and one seperate fruit cake for people that like fruit cake (I made that this weekend - gives it time to fester )
