Wedding favour help!

OH and i were discussing a caricaturist to do our wedding favour, one for each guess, as we are having a smallish amount of people (50 max) we thought this would be a nice keepsake for our guests. Has anyone else has experince of using a caricaturist? How much it costs? would it be better to have someone there on the day or would we organise these all to be done well in advance of the wedding? (which we would prefer to do) ?

I have no idea about costs but it might be better to get it done before the day. As a guest I'd feel a bit embarassed having someone keep looking at me!

Plus I expect it will cost less because the artist can take their time. I'm not sure how long it takes to do each person but if it takes 5 minutes each that will be just over 4 hours!
