I went on Saturday and it was fab!

Got a chance to speak to a few of our suppliers; our string trio, our cake maker, our jeweller, our florist...

Also got chatting to these guys who preserve flowers from the bridal bouquet: http://www.alwaysblooms.co.uk/

H2B has *almost* picked his outfit

I've booked a make-up session with someone from Bobbi Brown at Frasers

    Entered loads of competitions

Got to try loads of scrumptious muchies

    Fantastic day out!

Me and OH went on Saturday first thing and when it started to get busy I found it so overwhelming I wanted to leave!!
OH had a great time sitting in all the cars and I had a good chat with the string quartet I like and tried a wedding ring on but I couldn't wait to leave!!

Oh, that's a shame - when we went back in Feb I found it all very overwhelming. This time was much better as we have most things sorted, so were focusing on catching up with our suppliers, finding a kilt for H2B, and finding a make up artist for me.

I've missed the last 2 SECC wedding fayre's Smiley sad

I was in bed with tonsillitis this weekend, and last time round in Feb I seem to remember not being well either!! (I even had free tickets last time as our photographer gave us them, I remember offering my tickets to another hitcher but then realised my full postal address was on the back of the tickets and wasn't comfortable giving them to strangers)

I went to one in September last year, and felt it was far too busy and couldn't get into all the stalls I wanted. I also felt it was too early to make definate plans with suppliers ...

Fingers crossed I'll make the one next february....though I don't know how much help I can get with planning a wedding abroad lol.....
