You didn't mention entertainment. if you're looking for a professional wedding disco try the wedding dj association (linky is in my signature). There are some useful pages on the site too such as things to consider during your wedding breakfast, a wedding planner, ideas for music etc.

I got married in Southampton too! The people I had and would recommend are below:

Flowers: Helen at Bloomin' Flowers - www.bloominflowers.co.uk, she was amazing (and my bouquet is on her website!)

Photographer: Brian Parkes - www.brianparkes.com was also amazing (and is on Hitched somewhere)

Hair/makeup: will look the lady's number up if you like (can't remember her name I'm afraid!) but was ok, a bit pricey really but did a good job - made me look good which is a feat in itself

Band for evening if you're interested!: The Groove Company www.groovecompany.co.uk

Not sure what else you would like to know, i may need prompting as it was few years ago...
