I am sat here making DIY wallet invites and I bought all the wallets, envelopes and card from PDA cards and crafts, they are very reasonable !

Mine are slightly more detailed than you may be looking for but you get the idea:

The actual insert is cream card, then mirrored card and then the coloured card but it doesnt come out very well on the camera !!

Hi Nat, sorry I didn't get the email, must be still in transit!

Just to give a bit more detail then - basically the colour of the wallet card is "teal" which as you can see from the picture is a blue/green colour. If it helps, the measurements of the wallet and insert card in the previous attachment are as follows:

14.6cm x 14.6cm = wallet
14cm x 14cm insert card

What I must add is that the picture shows the insert card with white paper stuck to it (the company I used did this for me, but I'm happy to cut and stick the paper on the card myself) - we just need the wallet and insert card to go inside.

What we are looking for is 1 sample to be sent before we order the rest just to double check it's correct before wasting your time!

I also want to make it known I am not after "pocketfold invites" - which is all I seem to be offered (nothing wrong with them, but would prefer just the "wallet" type)

Do you think this would be possible?

They also do sample packs so that you can see all of the colours... this is helpful as what you describe as "teal" may be listed as something else - I am having the same issue with "Turquoise"!

I recommend this card for the actual invitation - "Cryogen" - it is not pearlescent but has a sparkle to it - it's what I am making my pocketfolds from! (I think paper may be a little tricky to stick without bubbling/creasing...

You will need to think about whether your printer can print on smaller pieces of card or whether you will need to buy A4 and cut it down.

You can buy single pieces from PDA which is what I did to play around with ideas and check colours and printers etc.

Obviously the pocket and backing on the insert would be teal i just do not have any in at the moment.
