wedding planners - books not people

sophy120, 15 March, 2009 at 20:00 Posted on Planning 0 10

Hello i'm looking for a wedding planner book /folder

I know you can get online ones for free but i want one i can write in and keep business cards, and bits and pieces in. I saw one today at the wedding show on the confetti stand but the pages were all ripped and they were falling out and I want it to be good quality so it last and I can look back on it after the wedding.

can you let me know if your using one and if its any good? Or recomend one that you have seen?

Thanks Smiley smile

    Try http://www.ohsocherished.co.uk/shop/search.php?xSearch=wedding+planner

I was looking at getting one for my cousin when she got engaged, but thought £20.00 was a wee bit too expensive. They are lovely though. xx

    Hi There,

Marks and Spencers do a nice one, I think they are around £10.00 to £15.00, but are quite strong and look really nice for a keepsake.

    Thanks

    Hollie

Thanks for the fast replys both.

I'm going to pop into town this week and have a look at them. I'm a bit worried about ordering one online incase its not as good quality as it looks on the net. I'll have a look at the one in Marks and Spencer. I've also seen this one in waterstones /book/wedding-bible-planner/sarah-haywood/****

any other ideas welcome Smiley smile

Debenhams do one for £20 http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10001_72219_806796_-1. I don't have a wedding planner, just an A4 folder, but have put the keepsake box from the same range on our gift list.

Lol, sorry, I didn't see your reply. If you look on the WHSmith website there is more info and pictures of inside the organiser....it looks well plush!!!

I canny believe it costs £45.00 on the wedding bible website and just £22.00 on Whsmiths!!!

I've got 2 from Paperchase - I bought one and a friend bought me the other not knowing I already had one. I think I will use one for planning and use one to put all the final info in with all contact details for suppliers, schedules for day before and on the day etc etc to take to the venue / hotel.

They are both similar but with different designs on the front - small ring binder type things divided into sections with lined & plain paper and plastic wallets to put leaflets / business cards etc in. Very sturdy.
