    Hi Mrs T,

There are a few on ebay - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Traditional-Cast-Iron-Red-Letter-Box-Hire-Birmingham-Area-/110852921904?pt=UK_Home_Garden_Celebrations_Occasions_ET&hash=item19cf595a30

I have also seen some white ones if you are looking for something more neutral

Our postbox is indeed a postbox. We will make it into a bird box and attach to a tree in the garden after the wedding. It's at the bottom of this old mood board of mine:

We are having one. It will either be a wooden Royal Mail one made by OH or jus a personalised one from our venue dresser. I have seen some people use old suitcases or bird cages and they look fab!

We got ours off eBay, it's like a treasure chest kind of size. Personalised with our names, date and a little thankyou.

Just type in wedding postbox into EBay there's loads to choose from or it'll give u a but of inspiration to do your own :-)

Ours looks like a real Royal Mail post box but it is only about 2 feet tall. It's also white. It's going to have a little personalised plaque on the front (where collection times would usually be) with our names and wedding date. It is getting delivered and collected from our venue by the very nice supplier!

I'm making my own, using a paper bix from work and then covering and decorating it to match our stationary. Just hoping it will turn out ok. Trying to find some paper for it at the moment.

    Hi,

I got one from Amazon- something like this- http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wedding-Cards-Post-Receiving-Wishing/dp/B004DNB23O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1333962531&sr=8-1

It comes undecorated and I'm supposed to be out buying some ribbon to tart it up a bit - just not ready to move from sofa yet Smiley winking

I will also use a part of one of my wedding invitations, stuck on the front to personalise it (when this sofa releases me)

I've ordered one of these from Ebay, you have to allow 28 days for delivery but they're fully customisable and only £20 Smiley smile

Wow, the ebay ones are gorgeous and a reasonable price too.

I also like the amazon ones. Great if you want to add your own detail to it yourself.

I'm going for something a little bit different

    https://www.plantabox.co.uk/webshop/occasion-crates/weddings/

I have included hession inside and a lid on top. Plan to get a small blackboard to hang over one of the corners so I can write CARDS on there
