Wedding Reception Ideas needed

Is there anything that you are a huge fan of?? Maybe you could incorporate something from both of you, it's hard to be creative with something you don't have much interest in!

I wouldn't say there's anything i'm a huge fan of, not anything that means as such as his football does to him.

The main thing i suppose is the cake as the tables can just be white linen with blue accessories!

How about making it as a theme throughout the wedding:

We had thought of doing the table numbers as football shirt shapes and having the name and number like a real football shirt and having th football chocolates as favours, didn't think of the planner though, that's brilliant thanks.

Not too sure on having the figures on top of the cake, don't think i want that much football at my wedding, lol ?

It depends how much of a theme you want your wedding. Using Spurs colours and legends for table names is a fab and easy idea.

Blue is quite a hard colour for flowers so you can incorporate an accent colour that way - yellow? (and in keeping with the Spurs colours!). Also, you don't have to stick with one shade of blue, mix them up a bit to add a bit extra dimension. Maybe dark blue dresses and lighter blue for the mens ties, etc.

Geordie - I'm leaving the names up to the other half, he can decide on that, we've got a corn snake called Ossie (after Ossie Ardiles) so i expect that'll be in there!

I was thinking of Liily's for my flowers as their my favouritre and it goes with the spurs theme (lilly whites) so i'm loving the picture of the lilly's and the blue flowers, any idea what they are Mrs Tonner?? Although i do like the idea of mixing in the yello, but i suppose that depends on what they do with their kit next year!

I saw the spurs garter in the shop when we went up there before christrmas so that has definately got to be my something blue, lol. ?
