Wedding underwear for larger brides with strapless dresses

Can i recommend bravissimo? I have never had bras that fit so well and i went up 3 cup sizes and down a back size when i was fitted by them. There arent to many around but it is highly worth visiting them to be fitted.

Well I had a look and there's no Bravissimo's really that nearby - well there's a couple in London but I can't see me getting time to go to them. So any other suggestions for high street shops that do a good fitting service would be great.

Do you really need to wear a bra?

I am a size 34F and when the lady in my dress shop said I wouldnt need to wear a bra I laughed and didnt believe her. Because my dress was a lace up corset back and fitted me properly I didnt need to wear one.

To be honest possibly not, but the lady in the dress shop said to come next time wearing the underwear and shoes I'm going to wear with the dress. So I thought I'd get something - if I don't end up wearing it then - heck I'll have some nice underwear for the honeymoon...LOL!

The website only has up to a 38 but maybe thats the site rather than the bra?

Have you tried Leia? How about John Lewis or Rigby and Peller.
