OK im not good at lists and anything that requires any organisation but thought that somone that was good at it could start a thread where we all list our venues. Would be nice to see if we have venue twins that we can talk to for advice etc. Anyone that thinks this would be good then please feel...

    Getting married at St Judes Church in Englefield Green, and recepton is at Great Fosters in Egham

    My friend has just been to a wedding there, it's amazing, they were drinking til like 5am and the bar was left unattended. I'll say no more!!!

    Yes FunkyMonkies we just had to book Berrow Court we feel completely in love when we walked in and couldn't get the place out of our heads. Although I am getting a little stressed this week as we can't get hold of the venue by e-mail or phone!

    My friend got married at the Forest in Dorridge in 2010 and it was such a lovely day, your venue is lovely!!! ?

    My best friend went to look at this with her h2b, they are getting married the week after us. They said it was beautiful! Are you local to evesham?

    We've gone for Midland Hotel in Morecambe, the beautiful art deco hotel on the seafront. We both live in Manchester and I'm from Mcr, and other half from Derby but I fell in love with the Midland when it reopened on my last year of uni at Lancaster!

    We have booked and paid the deposit for Northcote House at Sunningdale (near Ascot). Its a De Vere venue, booked for Sep 2013. Anyone else been to a wedding here or booked aswell?

    Oooh that is good to hear! So are you local? When and where is your big day?

    We are getting married in December 2012 so going for a lovely Christmas theme which lends itself well to this location as it's all candelit with log fires and dead cosy!

    We're venue twins! We're getting married at Northcote in September this year. There's another Hitcher getting married there in May. It's a lovely venue isn't it!!

    Very exciting! We booked in July last year for 2013! it would be great to swap ideas etc! We are getting married in the room where the staircase is - we fell in love with the venue the moment we walked in!

    we're on the right other side of the water (!) in Liverpool. getting nmarried on Feb 9th 13 at Styal Lodge.

    The wedding my friend went to was on Dec 28th and from the pics it looked amazing with the log fire etc.

    We're getting married in one of the rooms. It was the first venue we looked at, and we loved it so much we only looked at one other venue before booking.

    I'm getting married on 30th December 2012 at The Granary Hotel , Shenstone near Kidderminster, a lovely small hotel in the countryside .
