OK im not good at lists and anything that requires any organisation but thought that somone that was good at it could start a thread where we all list our venues. Would be nice to see if we have venue twins that we can talk to for advice etc. Anyone that thinks this would be good then please feel...

    We're getting married at Fornham All Saints Church in Bury St Edmunds, 28th March 2013, and the rest of the wedding is being held at Hengrave Hall just down the road. Am soooo excited. Visiting next weekend with OH parents and my parents to pay deposit. EEeeeee.

    Are you local to Macclesfield? I am . We thought about this place but ended up having the whole day at Hilltop Country House near Prestbury.

    I don't live far from there, it wasn't quite what we want but I'm also stopping as a guest next month and can't wait especially for the spa ?

    I'm getting married at All Saints Church in Marlow and then on to Bisham Abbey for our reception.

    Blummin eck, Someone from Shropshire! I know the Mytton & Mermaid, its a lovely venue. I'm from Telford, were getting Married at Haughton Hall in Shifnal ?

    Kyz23 I'm near you! in Belvedere

    Haven't been in the Boathouse at Danson Park but the park itself is lovely and the photos of the venue look great.

    I'm having my wedding and reception at Cooling Castle Barn near Rochester on 20th June 2013.

    Ah really, Not a venue twin but an area twin ish lol the Boathouse is amazing, theyve got an open evening coming up end of the month, u should go n have a nose. Friends of ours got married at cooling castle, is an amazing place, Im sure youll have a fab day, hopefully youll have a lovely sunny day in June. Im a tad worried about the wether in late September ?

    We looked here! Unfortunatly with the moat and all the birds we thought it was a bit too dangerous for the children but it was lovely!

    We're having ours at Holy Trinity Church Ipswich then Hungarian Hall Woodbridge Smiley smile Can't wait!!

    St Nicholas Church and reception atTaplow House Hotel

    My 2nd choice was South Farm and Beaumont Chapel.

    I looked at many many venues..

    Ideal venue would have been Syon Park , West London or Danesfield.

    We look at many beautiful venues but settled on this one as our chosen one x

    Yeah we had a look at Shottle hall, it was a close call between the two. Where are you getting wed?
