wedding venues plz help =)

Hi i have spoken to the venue they have said they'll do payment plans on the deposit but im a little worried they wont be able to pay the 50% of venue price cus they will still be paying the initial deposit are there any venues with a smaller deposit sorry to be a pain =(

Not sure on the deposit amounts but venues I can suggest? I'm not sure if they will be out of budget though. Have you seen Moxhull Hall?

Moxull hall a bit expensive for us it does a venue hire but it doesnt include anything thanks for the help though still looking for a venue for around £3500 to £4000 ish if anyone has anymore ideas i look forward to any ideas thanks sarah.

Hi Sarah-lou, is that **** including everything (ie food, drinks etc) or just for the venue hire? What kind of venue are you after? Are you getting married on a saturday, as this can make a big difference.Thanks

Hi the £3500- 4000 budget is for the reception im looking for a package deal some where when they include 3 course wedding breakfast and evening buffet and maybe a dj but its mainly th breakfast and buffet im looking for a drinks package if possible as well and it going to be a saturday wedding at a church then moving on to the venue for reception ive looked at the ramada in sutton coldfield its perfect just a bit expensive at £5000 thanks sarah.

The Plough and Harrow has a special £2500 deal on for specific dates in 2013 at the moment. Good reviews on trip advisor for weddings too....

Have spoken to plough and harrow and unfortunately the date we need for the reception is booked thanks though im still looking n starting to panic ='(

The Paragon Hotel has an offer of 10% off remaining dates for 2013. I've played there a couple of times and its quite nice inside (or was 5 years ago).

i found getting a Birmingham venue really hard! We've ended up with berrow court which we LOVE! It's in harborne, lovely ladies who run it! We also looked at marston farm hotel, and fazley studios if that's any help? X

Birmingham Uni does weddings. Also try Westmead Hotel or Regency Hotel in Solihull. Or just type Birmingham hotel wedding package into google and see what comes up!

Berrow court is a bit over your budget, it was a bit over ours too but got fed up of looking, I wanted some where pretty and traditional with gardens, and really in central Brum it was the only place we could find. I live in Worcester so plenty of lovely venues by us, but our church is central Brum, and it was really important we got married there. It might be worth a call as they might be able to do you an offer, especially if it's a Friday or depending on month? X

Has anyone had a wedding reception at the castle hotel in tamworth im looking at their package and comes in well within our budget just wondering if its any good =)
