Wedding Website

Jay-Low, 28 April, 2010 at 11:12 Posted on Planning 0 5

Hi all,

I'm looking to set up a wedding website so that I don't have to rush with my invites and because there is a lot of extra info required so thought I'd save some trees (and money) by putting the extra things on the website instead of an extra invite insert.

Which one do you think is best?

I preferably want a free one! and one that I can password protect. But i don't want all the extra fussy bits like - how did we meet, about the proposal, meet the bridal party, blog etc etc - i just want it to be simple.

Can anybody make any recommendations??

Ive been using wedding tv's website, the planning tool on there is fantastic and the free wedding website they offer is good too, you can add/delete/edit the pre stored pages they offer and also offers RSVP online

I used https://gettingmarried.co.uk/ as they were really easy to use and you could password it.

    We have used weddingpath.

As you can see there are shed loads of free wedding websites to choose from. Have a look at some and see what templates they have that you like.

I made ours cos I was bored but it's come in very handy now when people have forgotten information - I just send them the link ?

We used weddingpath too and you can tailor it how you want - e.g. if you don't want the 'how we met' pages etc. you don't have to have them.

Hi - I started with wedding path and then changed to gettingmarried. It has a set template of pages but you can add or take out pages or rename the titles. You can password protect some or all of the pages. I found it really easy and user friendly.
