weddingy few days !

We're Sept 18th, and it's all getting a bit real now isn't it?!

I'm loving getting the RSVP's back at the moment.

The next big thing is we have our venue meeting and menu tasting in a couple of weeks- can't wait for that (and the wine!)

My dress is all done and hanging up at the in-laws, BM's dresses are finished, and their accessories. My jewellery and ring sorted. Hair trial needs booking (might do that today- wooo!)

Just his suits really, and that's not my department. Just might have to do a bit of encouraging so it's not done the day before!

We finialised everything and paid the registrar last week - I must get my passport form signed, perhaps I will phone them about that today too.

Honeymoon shopping is fun isn't it? I'm trying SO hard not to spend any more money! Lovely dresses in Coast, my "big" BM dresses are from there.

I need to sort passport but dont really know what to do !! i went to post office yesterday thinking they could help me but they knew hardly anything as suggested I call passport office direct !

im trying hard to save money where I can and we havnt been out much lately but really wanted a nice new dress for 1st night of honeymoon !!

ohhh you get a menu and wine tasting i dont think we do but im keeping my fingers crossed !!

good luck getting ur OH to suit shop - I had to book appt and go with him or else it would never had got done !! LOL

BTW what are ur bmaid dresses like - its just i got mine from coast as well !! - I LOVE coast !

Regarding sorting passport (have just done this myself), you need the normal form for renewing an adult passport (you can request one from the passport website) and form PD2 which needs to be signed by the registrar (you can print this form out from the website). You then fill out the normal form in your married name and send it all off iwth your current passport. You also have to pay £72 and have a very miserable looking picture (all due to stupid facial recognition software not working if you are smiling apparently).

Were 11th September and really dont have that much left to do

Dresses are all waiting in shop for fittings to be done

Suits hired they need their fittings in a few weeks

rings arrive in three weeks

Honey moon booked and paid for

RSVP's arriving steadily

Just need to do honey moon shopping and book hair and make up trial

im the 5th of september

haven't sent the invitations out yet never mind getting rsvps!

still to have the 1st fitting of my dress, my bm dress wont be in the shop till august, fg dress isnt going to be bought till a month before, she's growing really fast just now

oh is still to sort out the kilts

need to finalise all the hymns etc for the church

need to get the notice forms from the reg office

honeymoon is all paid for right enough

still need to buy all new clothes etc sent my passport form the other day they have loads of info on the website if your not sure what to do

need to find a cake

the list just goes on and on but we'll get there!

Sage green prom style. They only has 14s left and my BM's are both size 10, so we've had them altered now and they look LOVELY. I was beggining to fall out with them cos the colour is so hard to match, and they hung off them in a very unflattering way - but I've fallen in love all over again now they fit properly! This pic looks nothing like the colour IRL.

Little miss S - im sure you have done things that i havent so dont worry - Ive not got as far as hymns, songs, readings etc and we still need to confirm the 2nd part of honeymoon !! as well as lots of other bits - im looking forwards to getting my wedding ring soon tho !! yay
