Evening all,

What are we all up to this evening & weekend ahead

Me - I trained at the gym tonight - now making a yummy omlette for my sick H2b - he is poorly with chest infection

Weekend - got my future stepson this weekend, so entertaining him tomorrow night and cake making, then off to a wedding fair in Surrey on Saturday and a lovely mothers day meal with the family (14 of us!!!!) on Sunday in Godstone!

I am looking forward to my lie in on Saturday most of all xxxx

Blimey lady it's only thursday! are you going to godstone farm on sunday? i LOVE that place!!!

good - get to see my 3 cousins on saturday

bad - i am babysitting them, so will have to put up with inevitable hair pulling and arguments over whether to watch hannah montana, HSM or in the night garden

good - sunday is mothers day so i'll go see mum, then it's my 2yr old goddaughter's birthday so i'll head over there with presents!

bad - i have a 4000 word essay to do for my masters, to be done by monday. urgh.

Fairly quiet one for me. Having a catch up weekend, we have loads of little bits of DIY, such as blinds, and gardening to do. We're having the mums over for mothers day next weekend. Might get the bike out now I've signed up to do 59 miles in July! Hoping to make some progress on the HM this weekend, but that's it as far as planning goes.

Going to Mum's on Friday night then we're off shopping with my sister to look for dresses and ideas for the wedding.

Mum has organised a hotel and a show for us. Good family weekend. H2B is coming to glasgow to see his daughter (12) so he'll be emotional when we leave but at lest she's thinking of coming to live down here in the summer. And his daughter (9) that lives here will get to see her Mum.

Can't wait to spend some quality time with Mum and Sis?

Tonight is our usual Friday night takeaway so looking forward to having that and then chilling out in front of the telly with H2B.

Tomorrow I'm having a much needed lie in (I think I've said this every week for the past month lol) while H2B goes to work. Then we'll prob get started on sorting the garden out - it's been neglected a little lately. Also need to get a few bits from Tescos or something.

Sunday will be housework/ironing, sorting the spare room out as we have the new furniture stacked up still in boxes! Then pop over and see Mum to give her her Mother's Day card and pressie.

It's quite a good weekend for me this week!

Today/tonight: me and the rest of my office are taking a late-ish lunch at about 2pm and are then going to stay out for the rest of the day as it's one of my workmates' 30ths and we're going to a club in London later, should be a laugh

Tomorrow: OH, my brother and I are driving down to Dorset to surprise my mum, as my dad booked a weekend away in a cottage for the 2 of them back in January and didn't realise it was over Mother's Day. So we're going to just turn up unannounced on Saturday afternoon with lots of presents for her, and it's only my dad that knows!

Sunday: We'll stay in Dorset for breakfast and lunch probably with my parents, then we'll head back in the afternoon and go round OH's parents in the evening for dinner and to give his mum some pressies.

Kelly - hope you have a fab hen night!!

Got quite a busy weekend ahead.

H is off to Butlins with the boys for a 90s weekend, it's the longest we've not been together in all the time we've had the house which is almost 4 years! I'm dreading sleeping on my own for 3 nights.

So that i don't miss him too much i've made lots of plans, tonight is a girly night in at mums (my dad has also gone away with H so she's home alone)

Tomorrow i plan to go to the gym, then in the afternoon do some gardening and in the evening i'm taking my mum to see Marley and Me and the cinema as a pre-mothers day treat.

Sunday i shall be cleaning up and then in the evening i'm going with my sister, mum and nana to the chinese which is just down the road for a mother's day meal.

Hope everyone else has lovely weekends
