***weekly good/bad thread***

Bad - I've had a thumping headache since last night

Good - ordered lots of finishing touch/faffy bits for the wedding

Bad - got to do OOS this weekend

Good - will be glad when we've got a draft sorted

Good - seeing my friend and her puppy today at the park so that's entertainment sorted for my son!

Good - Half day, roll on lunch time

Good - Its my hen do this weekend....eek!

Bad - The weather is a bit miserable for my party weekend

Good - Ticked lots of things off my many list this weekend.

Bad - I will be eating and drinking lots of naughty stuff, so therefore no doubt will put weight on!!!

Good it's may baby girls 1st birthday

Bad I don't know where that year went

Good it's nearly my first payday in a year

Bad it's still a week away

Good I found my dress going to take sister to see it next week

Bad there's no pictures of it online

Good only just realised its Friday!!!!

Bad - Feeling scared about the wedding

Good - It's my hen do tomorrow

Good - This means I'll see my favourite ladies ? ?

Strange - I've been given some weird instructions about what to bring

Good - Heard some amazing news this week - but can't tell, sorry!

Bad - Getting all the wedding bills in now

Bad - I'm now 29 ?

Good - I'm on day 6 of 30 day shred

Bad - Not noticing any difference yet

Bad - Barely seen OH this week

? but in a good way! ?

As for me

Bad - I have an assignment due in monday i've not started, I have another due in wednesday not started oooooops!

Good - Went dress shopping think I might have found the dress!

Good - Very weddingy week this week

Good: The rain has finally stopped and the sun is out, even if its only for a little while

Good: Had a really good meeting with a photographer

Good: OH finally got paid after a year jobless ?

Bad: My hair looks awful today

Bad: i have a lot of work to do but I just want to look at pretty wedding things all day.

Big ? for mellow yellow.

Sorry mine is so positive!

Good: exams over this week, no more for 8 weeks and I think these ones went ok (paediatrics- the kid I had in my exam was ADORABLE and made me look good )

Good: My sister is coming this eve to stay with me and then my uni friends have planned me a surprise hen weekend

Good: 3 weeks today we sail away for our wedding. Not scared yet, think things are under control, I'm just so so excited!!

Good: I have nothing to do today now uni is over until my next rotation starts on monday, I am going to go shopping (OH is letting me shop for our wedding holiday on his credit card-now that makes him a keeper!!) and I'm baking bread for a girlie evening in tonight.

Bad: OH is in france on a field trip so even though I am used to conducting our relationship on the phone it means I wont see him all weekend and our calls are only a couple of mins long.

Good: Ordered my wedding champagne and got it for £12 a bottle due to combination of discounts

Good: sorted jugs for the flowers - will arrive in June

Good: Ordered the first of OH's 2 wedding presents

Good: the cake saga is over and sorted

Good: last uni essay handed in - yayy

Bad: still no effing florist or flowers

Bad: the ring saga continues - WHY can't they do what I want?

Bad: exams all next week and week after and I'm scared

Bad: working nights tonight but up already to go into uni for revision.

Good - We are going down to Kent this weekend to do more Wedding bits - Give the caterers numbers, OH can finish making the garden games/stalls etc

Good -5 day weekend! Wooty!

Bad - The list isn't getting any shorter............!

Bad - This is the last time we are going down to Kent before the Wedding, so its going to be very rushed and busy!

Good - I've had the afternoon off

Bad/Good - 2 deers ran right out infront of my car on the way to work this morning...fortunately I missed them by inches!

Bad - I've come down with a stinking cold

Bad - Cake maker is being a bit of a pain in the ass!

Good - Got 2 lovely weekend evenings planned...if I can get myself feeling better!

Good - It's our anniversary on Monday and OH came home with an Ann Summers bag as a surprise for me/early pressie!

Good - 8 days to go

Bad - major argument with caterer where the head of sales and marketing got rude and personal

Good - no longer have to deal with caterer as OH has stepped in

Bad - too late to get money back and find another caterer

Good - everything done except seating plan

Bad - have to leave home in 4 days as (stupidly?) decided to have the last few days apart from OH and stay at parents'

Good - my present for OH arrived - and is wonderful!

Good - hopefully going to have a chilled weekend - last one as a singleton!

Good - its friday

Bad - busy weekend

Good maybe bad - taking dress to see about corset back being fitted - cunch time!

good - wedding breakfast tasting tomorrow night !

Bad - to busy at work!

Bad - Our little girl got rushed to hospital on Monday

Good - She is now on the mend.

Bad - She has had an allergic reaction to penicillin.

Good - I managed to get my assginment in on time.

Bad - I needed to have an extention on an essay.

SERIOUSLY GOOD - 1 YEAR TODAY ?

Good - It's Friday and I have a beer in my hand after a terrible week at work

Good - came home and husband to be had potted plants in the hanging baskets and bought me a little pot of gerberas for the lounge window

Bad - gerberas were orange not pink (I'll forgive him!)

Good - wedding dress shopping for the first time tomorrow - so so excited

Good - Invites arrived, and I've booked my make up trial.

Bad - Once again, I've barely done any uni/dissertation work!!

Good: Found out exactly what my ER is (it was given to me by my late FMIL)

Bad: Have a headache i can't shift

Good: Giving the vicar our forms Sunday!

Good: Will be ordering the save the dates on monday!

Good - Its Friday and first week back at school has been long!

Bad/Good - Ive just wolfed down a Chinese and a cake but it was soooo good!

Good - Going to a vintage wedding fair Sunday with my mom - excited!!

Good - 4 weeks today till im of on hols!!

Bad - got no money at all so very dull weekend stuck in

Good - payday monday

Good - maybe found a venue for my uk reception

Good - booking the hotel for my santorini wedding on thursday yay!!!!

For me...

Good: Feeling like I can take my time with wedding planning - big day is in 15 months.

Bad: Have spent 4 months looking for a photographer and still not decided, and they are getting booked up.

Good: It's the weekend.

Good/Bad: I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow.

Bad: One of my closest friends and his girlfriend split up and he's very sad, which also makes me sad

Good: Meeting some friends on Sunday for our monthly yummy lunch get together!

Good - I bought my wedding dress! ?

Bad - my mum posted a link to a similar one on my Facebook wall! ?

Good - it was late at night & I deleted it QUICKLY!

Good - I've booked an appointment with a potential photographer

Good - we're meeting at our venue so I get to stare at it and daydream some more

Bad - I have too many bills to pay

Good - it's payday today

Good - we have secured a nice flat to rent for my last year at uni

Bad - we don't move in until June and still have to live in our horrible terrace

"Tybalt - congratulations on your last weekend as a singleton. I am so sorry to hear about your catering issues - there is no excuse at all to get personal and rude to you. There is legilation about food and buying it where you don't have to pay until you are satisfied with service. Meaning literally everytime you have a bad meal in a restaurant you don't have to pay and can just walk out (but of course people don't do it) the same is with caterers, they should remember that is service included"

Thanks for the tip gracefly! Someone else also reminded me about wedding insurance so I'll def be having a look at what that covers.

And BigBird - hope your little one is better x

Bad - OH did get made redundant

Good - He got offered another job

Bad - It's in Leicester which is an 80 mile round trip from here

Good - This means he's looking to swap his gas guzzler ST170 for a smaller more economical (less show off!) car

Bad - Someone dropped a COMMODE!!! on my head at work and I have a harry potter like gash on my forehead

Good - It was hilarious

Bad - I keep having to explain to people what happened

Good - Got all the big things sorted for the wedding now and couldn't care less about the stupid guest list squabbles anymore :-)
