Weekly Good/Bad Thread

As for me

Good: BH weekend

Good: Going to Carfest tomorrow - the one day forecast of rain. fingers crossed it doesn't

Good: started counselling sessions last week after the Taxi accident last year and things are moving in right direction

Bad - I'm bored poopless. Wishing it was time to go home! ?

ETA: Just saw, hoping things work out EF x

Good - my kids are due back from two weeks in Spain with their dad any minute now.

Good/Bad- my dog sitting duties come to an end today, will miss having him around (especially as I've finally got the hang of walking him etc)

Good- wine and the last episode of "The White Queen" tonight.

Bad - the house is a mess and all I,m doing is hitched and Facebook!

Good/bad - Day out in Portsmouth next week, Godfathers Funeral.

Good - smear test came back clear, thank you Farah Fawcet for encouraging us to make sure we were up to date, I hope you're ok despite your recent loss.

Good- Its Friday, I dont think I have ever been so glad soooo tired I am off Tuesday too *smug face*

Bad/Good- 2 weeks until the wedding as of tomorrow and my '2 do list' seems to be ever growing.

Good- My best girl is currently on a plane back from OZ, have not seen her in about 18 months!

Bad- I'm either coming down with a cold or im just burnt out from the gym, I ache all over.

Weekend of wedding related tasks ahead.

Good - Had a lovely short work week with days off for wedding dress shopping and time with friends

Good - Had a great night out with friends last night

Good - Nice long weekend! (So a short week next week too!)

Good/Bad - I'm going zorbing tomorrow. Am absolutely terrified

Bad - Can't seem to stay focused at work at the moment and need to sort it out.

My first submission to weekly good/bad-

good- it's fried and I am off all next week

bad- not going anywhere in my week off, just mooching around peterborough

good- have got my assessors qualification all signed off today and submitted- fingers crossed for a pay rise!

bad- walked out of one assessment this week as the candidate was absolutely vile! I had told him several times about this language (every other word was f-ing this, or f-ing that), he carried on so I got up and said "right, I'm off, I'm not in the mood for this today Aaron, see you next month". Got a massive thumbs up from my colleague for doing this and she said she'd come out next time too with me.

good- on my own tonight so me and the dog can catch up on celebrity masterchef and rescue me

Good - my wedding dress is in the house!!!!!!

Good - first of 2 sponge cakes just been baked

Good/Bad/Not sure - getting married next Wednesday ?

Bloody fantastic - this time next Friday I'll be here on honeymoon ?

Good - H's oldest friend got engaged and H has been asked to be best man.

Bad - there are some awful guests staying at the moment. We're all fed up with being shouted at or being spoken to like children.

Good - I've got lovely colleagues and we help each other deal with the above with plenty of coffee and cake.

Good/bad - H painted the hall the other day but there's still lots of decorating to do.

Bad - I'm haven't been eating or sleeping properly for weeks. Combination of not enjoying work and not feeling 'right' in myself still. I need my holiday!

Good - it's a long weekend which is must needed as I am exhausted

good - we are finally starting to decorate and sort out our home

bad - my back hurts and I still haven't heard about physio

Mini - I'm an nvq/apprenticeship assessor at an FE college. 99% of my apprentices are lovely, it's this 1 that is horrible. I am not easily intimidated by other people, but this lad is something else. No understanding of boundaries or what is appropriate in a workplace and is just really intimidating.

Good - Son had first week at nursery and absolutely loves it & can't wait to go back

Bad - Cried my eyes out in front of so many strangers 2 days in a row at said nursery

Good - Been doing loads of walking & had swimming today, loads of activity points earned & calories burned

Good - Lost another 1 1/2 lb

Good - It's the weekend and I can't wait to sleep, knackered.

Bad - was at dentist and go again next week (nervous)

Good - Studios again Sunday for 2nd band rehearsal, first went terrific.

All in all a good week

Good - making cakes for some friends children's birthdays. Quite pleased with the response I've had and its prompted me to enquire about starting a business properly.

Bad - still no start date for new job.

Good - back at college tomorrow morning.

Bad - I've torn the house apart looking for a reference code that was in front of me the whole time. Now the house looks like a bomb site and I've sat on my backside all night. I'm going to be doing housework all afternoon tomorrow.

Bad - feeling kind of stressed about everything just now ☹️

Feeling kind of meh this week. A bit more of a miserable post than I thought it would be! Ill give myself a kick up the backside tomorrow!

Tizzie you will be fine! (must have missed new job details) but everything will fall into place and I bet the house is not half as bad as you think it is x

Good - Finished my GP job on Thursday and am part time for 2 weeks

Good - Had a lovely time at a wedding last week

Good - V Fest was amazing

Extremely good - H had an interview for a job he's wanted for ages (just waiting for a vacancy to come up) and he got it! Very proud Nursey.

Good - Had the architect round and all the plans sound exciting

Hope Harrycat comes home soon and that things turn round soon for those who need it ?
