Hi I am getting married in 2016 and trying to lose 2 stone by July and would love some support

    I should make it a post as I've answered it another thread. First thing is determination and total willingness to lose weight. I don't believe you need to go to cut your food for this. You need to eat healthy and avoid all kind of unhealthy junk or processed food. Eat healthy foods like lean protein, vegetables espcially leafy greens , fish, nuts, whole grains, berries, fruits. Some foods like green tea with lemon is especially effective in losing weight. Exercise is a must. Exercise both aerobics and strength training help you lose weight very quickly. Take quality sleep in the night , sleep early and wake up early. Go for a walk or run in the morning. Hopefully, these things will help you lose weight.
