Hi ladies,
I have two years until my big day, however I have reached a weight I am uncomfortable with. I am only 5'4" and now weigh 11 stone which is over my ideal weight for my height etc.
I have always been quite healthy, with porrige or bran flakes for breakfast, a sandwich or salad for lunch then a healthy dinner, however my problem is the bits in between, especially when I am at work sat at my desk! I seem to always be giving in and eating chocolate or biscuits or sausage rolls at work, even if I am not hungry, just because it's easily available.
I must admit, I never exercise! I am terrible and I know this is my downfall, I am quite unfit, so was thinking about starting off with swimming a couple times a week then progress up to maybe jogging or the like.
Just wondering how people similar to me got motivated in to actually kicking the weight loss off? And what you are all snacking on instead of junk food!
Any tips would be a great help!
