As awful as this sound the cabbage soup diet is very good for quick weight lose, you should only do it for 1 week at a time and have atleast a 2 week break in between. I felt so amazing when i was on this diet, full of energy and really motivated to do my excercise dvd's 2-3times a day! I lost 5pounds in one week people lose a lot more but i crumbled on the 6th day. I didnt feel hungry at all throughtout the week and didnt crave any junk at all.
