We've booked our Honeymoon!!!!

As the title suggests.....we've booked our Honeymoon!!!

We are going to Egypt for two weeks, all inclusive in a 5* hotel and I am so, so, soooooo excited!!

OH and I have only been away together once (when he proposed!) and this just seems to be on such a bigger scale. The hotel is much grander than I thought we could ever afford but we got a fab deal from Thomas Cook online (they have a bit of an online sale on Summer 2010!) and now I am counting down the days!

Apologies for rather pointless thread...just so frickin excited! Where is everyone else going?

Sounds great! I'm sure you'll have a fab time. Do you mind me asking which hotel you're going to? My mum's thinking of going to Egypt and just looking for inspiration!

We're off to Cornwall for a mini-moon and then hopefully going abroad somewhere next year if we can ever decide where to go! I may even be tempted by Egypt especially as I'm looking to go Feb/Mar time.

Thanks everyone!!

December1984 we are going to a hotel called Sunrise Island View in Sharm el Sheik (anyone been?) It is quite a big complex withe everything you need in one place so if thats what they are looking for then it looks great. It probably wouldnt be as good if they are looking for soemthing a little quieter. There are quite alot of reviews online on TripAdvisor and Holiday Check and most say its fab!

It is definitely worth looking at some of the reviews, we found one on the Thomas Cook website that looked lovely only to find they had nearly all negative reviews! Saying that. i guess your holiday is what you make it and we intend to make it fab, fab fab!! (Sorry, still excited!)
