As some of you know we got married nearly 9 months ago and then our tog did a runner after we chose the photographs. After many months of trying to get hold of him, then him saying he had ordered it and hadn't. We got the wedding album last night!! It's only taken 9 months?! So we are really glad.
If any of you lovely ladies or gentlemen find yourselves in the same position a few tricks we found worked:
Lessons Learnt:
- Make sure you get a receipt for any money paid.
- Get an address for the photographer
- If you are having problems with the printing, find out where the album will be printed so you can contact the printing place directly,
- Get the albums delivered to your address,
- Get other contact details for TOG - we had his gf mobile number - his mother gave it to us!
- Don't be afraid to go round to TOG's house!
- Keep pestering TOG.
- In the end we threatened legal action!
- Wedding insurance can be used.
