Oh. I thought this was going to be about Easter.

    Obviously.

Erm, packing stuff, opening cards (that the bvggers better bring ? ) then going off to our mini moon in Cornwall.

My mum is throwing a big party the day after the wedding for the whole family. OH and I will drop by just to say hello to everyone, then we have to catch our plane late afternoon to go on our honeymoon. Hasn't even crossed my mind what to wear til I read this, but I think I will have to go shopping nearer the time for something which I can wear to a garden party, on a plane and in Spain. And that looks nice because I imagine there will be lots of photos being taken. I would love for everyone to have breakfast together at the venue the morning after, but I know that there's another wedding there the next day so I'm not sure what time we have to clear out!

About 19 of us going for a good old roast at a local Toby Carvery. Then home to open cards / presents. Then early night as hoping to fly out to Cape Verde on the Monday (My B-Day ? ?).

I'm thinking white nike tracksuite for the journey. May even get a print company to print Just Married or New Mrs on the back ?

OH and I, mumsie & stepdad, bro, sister-in-law and nephew and maybe a few others are staying on an extra night at the hotel so plan to spend the next day having a leisurely breakfast, see off those who are leaving then go out for lunch and a stroll on the beach somewhere.

Then pick up the campervan in Cornwall the day after that for our honeymoon tour! ?

On the Sunday we're staying at the hotel we're getting married in, until the monday when we'll then head off on our honeymoon at a remote farmhouse in Wales.

What will we do on that day? No idea. Probably start opening our gifts, counting any monetary donations as requested, and start logging them on our database so we can produce the thankyou letters to mail out once we get our hands on a printer (possibly not till when we return home).

There'll also be some photos taken on the day by my mum using my camera which I'll want to download onto the computer and we can then edit/crop as necessary and post a few pictures on Facebook - and of course change our relationship status.

Might even find a little time to stick those few pictures on here and do a brief report.

Honestly after the busyness of the wedding day (and of course the late night, it'll be nearly midnight by time we get to bed) I don't expect we'll want to go out a great deal.

I think we'll just head home and try and chill. Open some cards, start packing for honeymoon, get my son packed for his trip to his dad's. We can't pick up centrepieces etc until the Monday, so will probably get my sister to do that for us while we head to Gatwick for our honeymoon.

Well we'll have to go back to the village hall and tidy up, but after that if the weather's good, hopefully get most people back together for a picnic or BBQ - probably in town in the park by the river as I don't think either our house or OH's folks will be big enough!

I'd love to go straight on honeymoon but we're not doing this til 3/4 months after the wedding as it's winter in New Zealand in August!

I kinda thought - breakfast with the guests who stayed, then me and new hubby head home and look at presents and cards etc. In reality we will also have to start returning hired stuff, and packing for honeymoon.

Hopefully we will be able to book the honeymoon for the next day.

The day after we get married we're going back to Toronto to get a flight to Calgary to get a flight to Fort McMurray to see the Northern Lights!!

The day after our wedding party over here we'll have breakfast at the hotel with anyone else who has stayed, get the car packed up (and my parents' car too, won't take very long to fill the Mini lol) and head home - we're toying with the idea of having a bit of a get together at ours but as it'll be Sunday and a lot of our friends are teachers, they'll probably be ready to head home and get ready for work.....which we'll also have to do ☹️

I'll probably be straight on FB seeing if anyone has uploaded any photos yet lol

We'll be getting the train back home (we're getting married in Staffs where we are both from but we live in London). We will have a night at home with our kitties then will be flying out the next day from Gatwick for our honeymoon in the USA.

On the morning we will have breakfast, sort out a few bits, hopefully have time to open our cards before we head off to the Isle of Skye for our mini moon. The night before the wedding the wedding we are all getting together for a pre wedding meal and drinks which will be lovely, and a bit of an ice breaker for those who dont know one another.

We are having an extra night in the hotel and hoping a few of our friends get rid of the kids and stay up and all going to go for a few G&T's before going on our honeymoon on the Monday - whoop whoop.

I really don't know. We haven't discussed yet TBH.

Quite like the thought of just spending a couple of days after the wedding with OH, with my mum looking after the kids.

Would be nice to just be a couple rather than mummy and daddy for a bit.

YES my day after outfit is a gorgeous white maxi dress. The morning after, we are having breakfast with our guests in the hotel, then we are saying our goodbyes and heading off for the next hotel where we will stay for the night so that we can catch an early flight the morning after that! When we get to the hotel, we will most likely have a few drinks, some dinner, and just relax with each other, wind-down after the busy day we had previously. And then a nice early night.....
