What are you doing the night before?

Are you going with tradition and spending the night apart from your H2B? Defying tradition and spending it with him? Are you staying in a hotel or at home? With your bridesmaids? Alone? Do you have any particular plans to help you relax?

I've booked a wee 3 bed cottage near the venue for my mum, my 4 bridesmaids and me. Planning on setting up at the venue until about 6 and then booking a big table at a local cheap Italian for anyone who is around (we are getting married somewhere random where neither my fiancé or I are from so everyone is travelling- I like the idea that anyone who has travelled the day before has somewhere to go for dinner). Then we will go to our cottage and watch crappy tv (obviously my fiancé hasn't bothered to book anywhere yet... Sigh, but he will go elsewhere.) xx

Me and my fiance live with my mum at the moment whilst we save for a deposit for our first house. So I will be spending it at home with my mum. My family from Ireland (my mum and dad are divorced, he is Irish and he remarried and had 2 kids) are coming over the Thursday evening (wedding is the saturday) and my Mother and Father in Law to be, are coming with us to meet my dad side of the family, as they have never met before. Then am picking up my dress and my fiance is picking up his suit.

Am taken my little sister with me as she is bridesmaid and my fiance is taken my brother as he is groomsman. Looking forward to spending the evening with my little sister as I adore her, we are making cake pop's for the wedding and then will be spending the evening pampering ourselves with my mum.

Don't know yet. We're getting married over an hour away from home, so ideally both OH and I will stay in hotels with our wedding parties the night before. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay in the wedding venue.

My two bridesmaids live abroad and can only make it the night before the wedding ☹️ so I'm having a special bridal party dinner/hen do with them, my Man of Honour and bridesman the night before then staying in an apartment near the church ?

I'm just praying we don't go too crazy and get too drunk! lol I will be packing plenty of paracetamol and eyedrops for the next day, just in case!

Afternoon welcoming guests with other half then splitting up till the ceremony. Then Luxury spa afternoon/evening with the ladies who are staying at the hotel then a meal with the bridesmaids and then a few hours of solitude in my luxurious room with a few glasses of wine before retiring to my lovely bed with a comforting favourite book.
