What are you having on your tables?

I'm just interested to hear about what you are all having on your tables, as I'm unsure what to have myself - ideas would be appreciated!

In an ideal world i'd like this

    But birdcages really are expensive!

I've been looking in to squares of Cath Kidston style floral fabric cut with pinking shears, and a clear glass bowl filled with white/green hydrangeas and some plain votive candles around. Hoping this will be reasonabaly priced!

Some of you might like the Clearance Corner of this website...

    http://www.mithus.co.uk/acatalog/clearance.html

There are some funky napkins and all sorts up for grabs

I found it when looking for lanterns.

Actually, there are all sorts of interesting items...

No they're really simple!! Compared to other things I am attempting to do myself lol.

I have only done a few just to try it out, I have family collecting all their jars for me Smiley smile

I'll be using bigger candles than these, tealights don't burn as long.

Thinking of doing some smaller ones too completely covered like these -

BrideBrat - they look really good!! I'm going to give it a go!

Did you buy your lace from a haberdashery? And are you using spray adhesive or normal glue?

You can get 8 hour tea lights that are cheaper than little candles but should still burn for long enough x

Think I want taller ivory candles inside just to fill it up a bit. I used a hot glue gun to stick the lace on.

The lace I bought on ebay as a bag of scraps so I have lots of different sorts for a couple of quid Smiley smile

This picture isn't great because my phone camera is a bit rubbis lol.

Got some fish bowls from the internet then went to poundland for water retaining gel, fairy lights, star garland and baubles. Middle bauble will be weighed down with sand and have balloons coming off it.
