It can be anything - job, being a nice friend, being kind to old people..

Tell me. Go.

I'm proud of my relationship with my siblings, my brother is 21 (4 years younger than me) and my sister is 16 (9 years younger than me) and we never fall out, we're like best friends when we get together, and I treasure our time together and our connection

    Soppy or what!

I'm proud of my work, I've built a good reputation and have made a difference to the company as a whole.

Im also proud of the examples I/we set the kids. We are the complete post opposite of their mum and stepdad and we are Woking very hard to show that there are good jobs out there and lots if money to be made if you work hard which can mean you can buy the things you like, go on holiday to nice places and buy a nice house etc. Sd has been given the aspiration from her mum to be a cleaner when she leaves school at 16. She now has said to us she wants to go to college and be a fashion designer.

I am proud of my good marriage. It's not perfect, nothing is but we work at it and we love each other and I think that counts for alot.

I am also proud of being reliable and someone people come to in a crisis.

    Giving up smoking

Having, raising and enjoying my son

Leaving a not-unhappy-marriage because it was wrong for both of us

Putting myself through evening school and qualifying in my profession

Having a career whilst being a mum

Leaving an abusive man who nearly broke/killed me several times

Being brave enough to trust another man after that (paid off!!!!)

Dealing with depression and then learning to love myself (doesn't show though, huh?! ?)

I honestly can't think of anything.

Perhaps I could have said my good nature and never doing a bad thing by anyone, regardless of what they did to me. Always being a nice person and in a good mood. But recently I've become weary of being nice all the time and the new me is not as nice!!!

For finally beating my depression (at once point it was very bad and I had the police on my doorstep making sure I was ok...) and coming off my sertraline, I started off on 200mg, which was halved to 100mg, then 50mg and now nothing.

I got through university with the above - don't think Jay will ever forget when I ran off into Moss side in my pjs when I was having an extremely 'low' moment.

Wouldn't have got through it without him though ❤️

Yes you should Hoddy! Age UK are a fantastic charity.

I'm proud of the fact that my patients and their relatives see me as trustworthy and reliable. A lot of them have been really messed around by social services and other professionals and its a nice feeling when I feel like I have made a big difference in being an advocate for a patient or carer and am someone they can rely on.

Yes you should! I think it is a very selfless thing to do. I am proud of being a good wife, of my baking skills and my craft skills, especially my spinning as it is a relativity unusual craft that not too many people do.

I am proud of myself, for the way I am raising my kids.

When I became pregnant at 17, people doubted my ability to be a Mum. Now, I constantly get complimented on how well behaved, and polite my boys are.

Proud of my degree and owning my own house

Proud that I am always my own person, even if it can mean feeling lonely sometimes.

Sounds insanely materialistic, though I mean it in a deeper way than bricks and mortar. I am proud of myself for having been able to buy my own place age 23, by myself. I worked damn hard for that!

Basically I have a condition called Growth Hormone Defiency, when I was younger they didn't know much about it and told my parents I would have low IQ, I went to a special school for a couple of years as I missed out on nursery school from being ill as an infant and then went to normal primary school and normal high school (which was amazing and taught me a lot), then to university to train for my dream job - a children's nurse, which I have now been doing for 10 years. A lot of people thought I couldn't do it right up until I started the training, so I am proud that I have proved them wrong. I'm not a brain box and I am a bit ditzy but I certainly don't have a low IQ or struggle.

I'm proud that I have been independent (again no one thought I would), going to live in 3 different cities on my own when I didn't know a soul - made amazing friends and memories that way though.

I'm proud when people tell me I am kind and caring.

*BT* I am proud of how D is growing up and becoming such a nice, happy, cheerful little boy despite me worrying and stressing I've not been good enough or not doing a good job of raising him. There's been some horribly low times for me but I can see how amazing hes becoming ?

I am proud of getting my law degree/post-grad course/training contract which means I'm a solicitor. Proud of my confidence at work and how I got there. Started as a 3 month temp. contract for a legal secretary and was ridiculously shy. I worked my way up to lawyer, whilst studying, and am super-confident at work.

I am really proud of myself for leaving cheating lying emotionally abusive *** ex-partner and coming through the big horrible black cloud of postnatal depression. It was absolute hell at the time but I'm so very glad that I did it.

I am proud of myself for being the first person in my immediate family to finish secondary school, let alone go on to college and university. All of which I completed whilst battling undiagnosed Narcolepsy (I finally got a diagnosis and treatment age 21).

Not so proud of myself for burning tonight's dinner and melting a plastic tray in the oven though.... Swings and roundabouts!
