It can be anything - job, being a nice friend, being kind to old people.. Tell me. Go.

The best idea for a thread, so uplifting to hear about people's personal achievements.

Right this minute? I'm proud of how I'm dealing with my relationship breakdown and taking steps to be independent and be able to stay in the house I love.

In general, I know I give her a hard time and at first I was disappointed, but I am so proud of my sister for being such a fantastic Mum to A & M and dealing with pregnancy no3.

    Great idea!

I am proud of where I am today; given where I grew up, and the way that life has turned out for the people that I once called friends. *I know this may sound mean/snobby, but it isn't meant that way. I grew up in a rough area and fell in with a bad crowd, I'm still amazed that I'm not a drug addict/mum of ten/dead*

I am proud of my marriage. Although we both have our faults, I wouldn't want anyone else.

I am proud of myself for managing to get a handle on my depression. I'm not out of the woods yet, but I can certainly see the sun through the breaks in the trees.

I am proud of myself for being a good friend, and for starting over and making so many good friends (mainly Otters/Hitchers/MDers) over the last couple of years.

    I am proud of this

I've finally decided what I want to do with my life and am doing something about it. I've never really applied myself before. I have no idea how I did so well in all my GCSEs and A-levels considering my deplorable attendance, and lack of homework and revision. This time I decided I really needed to work at it, and, despite all the crap going on around me, all my procrastination techniques, and the 6 week break I took while I put my life and relationship back together, I finished it in under 4 months.
