I'm working from home, sitting next to the backdoor in navy, white and blue patterned shorts that I got from Dorothy Perkins when I was 14 , and a black scoop-necked t-shirt that is slightly moth eaten.

A skirt from American Apparel in a dark grey colour with a blue Top Shop vest top and blue/green Fat Face flip flops. My hair is wet and fastened up with a clip. I look lurvely ?

You don't want to wear what I'm wearing either - ripped jean shorts, Gap vest top and pair of Birkies. Have to admit it's my staple wardrobe at the moment and will be as long as the weather continues like this! I put trainers on to walk the dog but other than that, I'm pretty much the same clothes day in day out.

I am wearing white linen (well probably not but that kind of thing) wide leg trousers and a black teeshirt that has holes in from where I have used it for lens cleaning on the hoof. Oh and my lethal pair of black maryjane crocs.

Today I am wearing a romanesque style tie dye pinky/peachy floaty maxi dress with short sleeved pinky cropped cardi and patent red gizeh Birkenstocks.

Denim shorts, hot pink vest, and mahoosive pair of headphones to drown out the noise of the lawnmowers/ leaf-blowers/ tree-sawing machines that seem to have appeared out of nowhere.

I'me wearing black trousers and a black t-shirt. I think this is the first time I have dared to just wear a tshirt without a shirt over the top but I got so hot on the bus yesterday I felt ill.

I have the day off, so I am wearing a floaty cotton dress, which will be accessorised with a straw cowboy hat when I have finished studying and I go out to do the garden (I have a push mower so I won't be creating lawnmower noise). I don't think its a look to aspire to and if i leave the house i will change ?

I'm wearing navy linen trousers and a white blouse type thing with pink birkies. It's very, very bland and wouldn't look out of place on my mum to be honest. Work summer wear (when I'm feeling fat) is not my favourite.

When I go out later I'll but on a summery dress I think.

I'm at work wearing a red/white sleevless top with black cropped linen trousers and white leather flip flop type shoes (which are v comfy actually).

We've no air conditioning in this building, but the windows are open - still pretty hot though!

Purple silk shell top and black linen trousers, with (oddly) nude coloured woven leather flat sandals, mainly because I walked the dogs before work and forgot to change shoes. Oh and an armful of silver bangles that feels a bit weird, I had to move them from right arm to left as I have a couple of sore insect bites on the right arm and they're chafing a bit!

I've got a fairly strict dress code for work - not even allowed to wear flip flops - so I've been mainly attired in linen trousers/skirts in this weather, with wedge sandals or peep courts. I work in a building where there is no air con, we can open the windows and put a fan on but that just means the warm air gets moved round a bit...

A peachy / orange colured floaty skirt which i bought in the states about 5 years ago, white vest top from primarche, pale tan birkies, chunky silver bangle.

(and the most impressive accessory of all, a tantrumming, whining, over-heated and over-tired, never ever ever ever happy toddler. is it wine o clock yet?)

I'm so jealous of everyone wearing lovely, pretty, cool, summer things. ☹️ Our dress code is ridicolously antiquated, although I have pushed it to the limit today as am wearing a sleeveless ruffle blouse, black trousers and my lightest, coolest 3/4 sleeve swing-type jacket. Office is hotter than hell and I am waiting for someone to remark on my lack of sleeves.
