Bridge Over Troubled Water. My parents had it at their wedding. I didn't tell them until we got to the venue. Very emotional My Mum said it they picked it because it is what they thought marriage was all about.

Funny thing is, it was playing as we walked through the doors at our first venue viewing.

We did want something upbeat to walk out to but all of our special ones are slowies so we are walking back out to Thank You by Led Zeppelin.

We've got a friend leading the songs at our wedding so she'll be playing guitar and singing for our walk in music - Kiss Me by Six Pence None The Richer. For walking out we're seriously considering Another One Bites The Dust!

We haven't picked a song yet - but our registry office has said that they cannot play certain songs at certain times.

They have said to give them a CD (or tape?!) of 20 minutes of songs and they will just play it.

I hoping if I put our song to walk down the isle to at the beginning, i'll at least get that.

Maybe get a friend to press play when required.

Your DJ might be able to provide this as an additional service - he will take cues from the Registrar, playing the songs you want when they should be played and provide you with a good sounding playback system - the CD Boombox at the back of the room is a poor substitute!

OH and me have chosen 'moment like this' by Kelly Clarkson to walk in to. Yes I know its cheesey but I just love the bit where she sings "...I want to know that you will catch me when I fall..." I want to be at the alter just as this bit plays. Oh im getting all weepy just thinking about it ? lol

On the way out my OH has chosen 'Signed, sealed, delivered. I'm yours' by Stevie Wonder. We want it up beat and slighty funny.

I sing in a school choir so have the kids singing hymns during signing the register. Bless their hearts ?
