What are your Hitched pet peeves?

Website issues. They've been alright for a bit though (touch wood).

Also, people not checking the recent threads and posting about something that was asked and answered yesterday/last week/ten minutes ago but was on page 3 so was asked again.

1) people not using the search function!

My only peeve is that i can't work out how to post from my phone ? not really directly related to hitched tho!

Starting a thread with a vague title "What if..." - Chances are I won't read it, or I will and then forget and get annoyed when I open it again!

Spammers who think we are stupid.

This, and people that write a long post in one continuous paragraph. It really hurts my eyes.

Text speak - never acceptable in any form but certainly not in a massive post usually accompanied by 'am I being unreasonable?'

Yes. Yes you are.

People who are so unreasonable about small things or are just plain silly.

People who get upset when they get advice they don't like.

When people resurrect really old threads.

When people don't say thank you.

This. Sometimes there can be 2 threads about the same thing on the first 2 pages!

That I get married in less than 2 weeks and don't seem to have a good luck thread :-( but that's probably because I'm a bit of one of these people.....

I can only reply from my phone if I use the HTML button but it wraps all text so you can't use paragraphs or anything (quite irritating!)

Another thing that gets me, is when people quote whole conversations, rather than the one line they're referring too.

Oh yea, and lack of paragraphs.

In particular when someone asks for help, ignores all the genuinely helpful replies and just responds defensively to anyone who doesn't agree with them.

People who think everyone should be as obsessed with their wedding as they are & anyone who's not willing to shave all their hair off for their day is an awful friend...

Spammers who leave messages like "you're truely a wonderful bride and will enjoy your day".....ERM WHAT.....?

People who don't check the responses on their threads, why am I bothering to respond??

People that get the right hump and all defensive at the slightest comment.

And spammers, they are hugely irritating.

OMG my brother’s girlfriend’s, sister’s, auntie’s, cousin is being SUCH a cow and wants to wear white/black/no hat to my wedding – And?

OMG my fiancé is being soooo annoying, he just won’t help choose between think pink floral arrangement, and that pink floral arrangement – Either tell him how you feel, or don’t get married. Simple.

Nope, we all added ourselves to the 2012 list. The Month-Bride threads are just for chatter.

But that relies on someone remembering your exact wedding date from when you may have posted it.

Why don't you stick it in your signature now then one of us can start one for you?

This. And when people titled threads 'What do you think...' so you look at the thread thinking it might be interesting and it is completely mundane/ridiculous!

Especially when someone has a full on rant about another person being unreasonable when it's in fact them being the unreasonable one.

I found it! ?

1) people who mistake me for someone that gives a sh*t what they think. if I want your opinion I will ask for it.

2)Over sensitive people - I don't have the time to sugar coat everything I post so I keep it blunt and to the point. (step away from hitched if you riding the crimson wave)

3)People getting touchy about grammar, spelling etc...i never re read anything I type on here before hitting post, my bad sorry cant be arsed (especially when on iphone/ipad) typos a plenty.

1. People who only give half the story, then get upset by the replies that they receive. If you don't give us all of the details you won't get a proper answer.

2. People who copy and paste huge links to other sites into their posts but don't attach the actual link through the little chain button, rendering the link a useless waste of space.
