What brand is your slow cooker?

Did a search, but could'nt find any brand recommendations posted.

Am complete novice, but have decided to purchse one at the weekend and was wondering if any of you lovely Hitched folk could give me a steer on which one to get/avoid

    Mine's a Crock Pot, I think, and if I ever get around to taking it out of its box and trying it, I'll let you know if it's any good. Still, it's only been a year. ?

    I think mine is asda own brand.I am not too bothered about makes as long as it does the job.Which it does.

    Tefal slow cooker, rice cooker and steamer all in one. I tend to use it more for the rice cooker now and use my Le Creuset shallow cast iron pot for casseroles, stews etc....

    I have a Rival Crock Pot, it was 29.99 from Argos and so far we're really pleased with it. We've done casserole twice, once on high and once on low, risotto, rice pudding and chilli.

    Morphy Richards - this one I think:

    Slow cooker.

    It's gets used a lot, doesn't over or under cook and cheap.

    Morphy Richards - v good. The crock pot broke and I was able to buy a replacement from the website - reasonable and came v v quickly. So recommended by me Smiley laugh

    I also have a crock pot, it's always worked well and even survived my mum deciding to stick the pot and lid in the oven to brown the top of a casserole!

    I've got the Tefal 3in1 too.

    I do actually use all functions so it's not a white elephant in our house.

    We have that one too, though haven't used the rice or veg steamer functions in a bit-maybe tonight!
